Price & Payment.
Memberships must be paid quarterly and one month in advance. Packages must be paid when booking to secure appointments. Cancellation Policy applies.Courses of treatments must be paid on commencement of course.Appointments lasting one hour or longer can be confirmed with a 25% deposit.
Use of the Thermal Suite, Day Spa Packages and Membership Treatments, must be booked monthly in advance, although we will endeavour to accommodate short notice bookings.
Appointments Cancellation Policy.
Please note we operate a cancellations policy. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the treatment time will incur a 50% charge and cancellations within 12hours will incur a 100% charge.We suggest you arrive 15minutes prior to your treatment. Please be advised that all appointment times include a consultation. Also, booking times are inclusive of client and therapist preparation. Regretfully, a late arrival for your appointment may result in a reduction or cancellation of your treatment.
Vouchers can be purchased to a monetary value and the treatment of choice chosen. All gift vouchers have an expiry date, we would expect them used, however it may be possible to extend your voucher before the expiry date.
Goods can only be exchanged if they are faulty.
We do not permit the use of mobile phones in the Salon, as this does not enhance the “OASIS of PEACE and TRANQUILITY” we have created.
If you require additional assistance, please phone ahead of attending an appointment to make any special arrangements.
Our peaceful Salon is designed for men and women. Please understand that we find it difficult to accommodate young children. Children are forbidden in our Spa Area.
Loose dark sports clothing, open toed sandals for all tanning treatments. Either swim wear, dressing gown & slippers are to be worn at all times in our Day spa area.
Pets are not permitted on the premises except assistance dogs.
